nature and culture of a community or
activities of a certain group of people.
Festival Dance - it is a dance suitable for
special occasions and festivities.

Balance : Stork Balance Stand Test
Purpose: To measure the ability to
balance using the ball of the foot.
Equipment Required: Flat non-slip
surface and stopwatch.
7. 2.Flexibility-refers to the ability
of the joints to move through a
full range of motion.
Sit and Reach- is the test of
flexibility for the lower
extremities particularly the
hamstring
Purpose: To reach as far as
possible without bending the
hamstring
