We the GPO (Global process owner) for the accounts working as per the BSS directive as
mentioned below.
Download the GL balance from Tampa GL system and substantiate the balance with the product
processor to reconcile the items.
Investigate the open items and get appropriate supporting document from the product control.
Age the open item in the E-recon system (threshold limit $50000), open items beyond the
threshold limit will marked as RED as per the aging standard.
Accounts will be reviewed by the higher official as per the BSS standard and finally accounts will
be submitted in the E-recon system.
Open items will be followed withthe product control team and get cleared and update to the higher
official on daily basis.
