term of material flow and income generation .
Taibah Steel Re-rolling mills is a private limited
company which is situated in Industrial area(I-9/3)
in Islamabad. Al-Haj Farooq Ahmed is the owner
and CEO of this company. This mill was
inaugurated on 3rd August 2008.
7. Background
The mill produce grade-40 and grade-60 steels. Grade-
40 steel is use in domestic purpose and grade-60 steel
is use in international purpose. The whole mill
working based on heavy machinery which is managed
by different groups in the staff that holds specific
skills. The mill have different management levels with
different departments holding their fields.

In planning manager set there goals, establish strategies
to achieve those goals. The research manager of Taibah
steel make a plan about stock, when to purchase, how to
purchase, what kind of staff are required and how to
manage it.

Plan made by top management then been
implemented further by manager of the related
department who organize the structure of staff the
related task and identify the activities of a business. In
Taibah steel the managers of the related deparment
assign the duties to the staff that what to do, how to
do, and when to do.

After organizing the staff the Manager can also see how
his employees start their work and they deal with
customer and how they attract the customer to purchase
their product.

without reduction of bar diameter. The laboratory along with the

All tests can be carried out in the presence of customers to create an
awareness of how to buy high quality steel with complete confidence.
All tests can be accompanied with a stress/ strain graph showing
accuracy of results.
