Associate Director Roles (Retail Banking, Asset Management and Cards & Payments) Associate Directors will assist the firm in the development of either the Retail Banking, Asset Management or Cards & Payments sector proposition and in the delivery of client work.  The Associate Director will: Define & deliver client engagements in their  specialised  sector, be that Retail Banking, Asset Management or Cards & Payments Lead & participate in engagements where the change issues are complex and challenging Prepare, present & implement practical bottom line-oriented solutions to senior management and board level audiences Develop client relationships, shape thought leadership and drive business development opportunities Play a significant role in the growth of their  specialised  sector and the firm generally, sharing knowledge and supporting the development of other team members Successful candidates will have the following skills and experience:    Top tier consultancy background Industry experience in their specialised area Substantial experience delivering consultancy engagements for top-tier clients in their  specialised sector A proven business development/ sales ability At least 12 years of relevant delivery experience Exceptional Packages are on offer for talented and connected individuals
Principal Consultant Roles (Retail Banking, Asset Management, Wealth Management and Cards & Payments) Principal Consultants are required who can bring expertise to the firm in their in either the Retail Banking, Asset Management, Wealth Management or Cards & Payments sector. Principal Consultants will be expected to: Define & deliver engagements in their  specialised  sector, be that Retail Banking, Asset Management, Wealth Management or Cards & Payments  Lead engagements where the change issues are complex and  challenging Prepare, present & implement practical bottom line-oriented solutions to senior management and board level audiences Develop client relationships, shape thought leadership and drive sales opportunities Contribute to the firm ’ s overall business development & practice management Successful candidates will have the following skills and experience:    Top tier consultancy background Significant industry experience Substantial experience delivering consultancy engagements for financial services clients A proven new business development record Domain expertise in marketing, operational change, technology related change management or process re-engineering Excellent packages are on offer for individuals with the right blend of consulting experience and industry expertise.
