DBA Services
Edula provides customized DBA Services for a complete outsourced
solution for full operational database management. DBA Services
covers all aspects of running and managing a production database
system including database maintenance, performance tuning, stored
procedures, security management and other day-to-day database
management tasks such as managing tables, views and indexes;
and backup and archival services. DBA services are available on SQL

IBM
Edula also deploys and manages IBM server hardware and software
delivery platforms that are highly required by tier one customers.
The server hardware provides very reliable hosting platforms, while

Edula offers custom programming services to those customers
requiring web application development. We’ve worked with various
applications such as php-nuke and mambo content management

Service Level Agreement
Our state-of-the-art data center offers advanced security,
environmental control system, and redundant power and networking
services. An Edula Managed Network is guaranteed to be available
and capable of forwarding IP packets 99.9% of the time, as
averaged over a calendar month. The managed hosting service
provides Internet access at the committed 1Mbps bandwidth per
server. If more bandwidth is required, additional bandwidth can be
allocated on a per server basis. The Edula Network Availability
guarantee does not include the local access circuit, customer
promise equipment, scheduled maintenance periods, customer
caused outages or disruptions to service, or interconnections to or
from and/or connectivity within other Internet Service Provider
networks.
