SCOPE OF WORK:
• Ability to design and evaluate the proposed well testing package from Rig (offshore
and onshore) visit full well testing operation

2. • Reading/Recording of flow information on oil and gas flow rate. Expected

tubing hand pressure (SITHP), bottom hole pressure (BHP), temperature and all other
expected produced fluids
• Proficient in handling potential fluid problem such as hydrate foaming crude, etc. that
can offset well performance with process equipments.
• Ability in obtaining reservoir characteristics under control condition.
• Taken of wells pressure ready, either by digital or analog pressure gauges,
pressurizing of control line, also changing of choke and pressure gauges.
• Operating of control panel or unit.
• Supervising Nitrogen operation. Rigging up and rigging down of coiled tubing
equipment.
• Proficient in the operations of the following surface well testing equipment sand
filters, flow head, choke manifold, heaters, separator, surge tank, burners oil, and gas
manifold, etc.
• Following up with quality check tank, pipes and elbows, like 1502, 1002, 206, 602,
slings and schakes, etc planning/execution of maintenance for all well testing
equipment such as test separator, ESD valves and panels, transfer mump, servicing
rekitting of ball and gate values eg function testing and pressure testing on all well
testing equipment. Specialist in power brushing and painting of all well testing
equipment.
• Ability to perform oil phase sampling for gas using oil and gas sampling bottles
(SRS) for PVT analysis, mobilizing full well testing package for offshore and
onshore swamps etc.
• Rocking of well, and manipulation of fisher level control.
• Responsible for coordinating well services operation, wire lining ( slick line and
electronic ) coiled tubing, well testing and wellhead maintenance activities.
• Supervision of barge operation and crew with other well work activities.
• Coordinating QA/QC checks on equipment being sent to site to ensure fitness for
purpose.
• Trouble shooting high casing pressure and other integrity critical issue, such as down
hole hydraulic leaks and casing leaks.
• Participated in the application of SHE work management system through daily
activities, ensure risk and hazards are addressed in production operation.
• Supervising third party jobs within the plant area, Valves maintenance –Greasing
stroking etc.
