This document provides guidance for orientation leaders on using reflection to make meaning from their leadership experiences. It discusses the experiential learning cycle and how reflection can help leaders, their teams, and students. Leaders are encouraged to reflect through writing, interviews, mind mapping, and other activities to process their most meaningful experiences and challenges. Reflection done individually or as a group through blogs, scrapbooks, or photo diaries can help orientation leaders and their teams.
