D evelop – Once a plan is decided, exhaustive business plan is developed covering all aspects of business – sales / marketing /
recruitments / compliances.
E xecute – Founding team for business is identified from EIMs (a.k.a. “Entrepreneur In Making” – our list of prospect founders).
Typical EIMs are people with great energy/intellect who have the spark to do something of their own (yes! the criteria is hazy
) and are absolutely kicked about the business idea in question. The team is brought together and business is kick-started.
A ccelerate –Business provided requisite funds to take it to a Series A stage. Incubation team supports the start-up with every aspect
of the business. Founders ensured sustainable salaries and substantial skin in the game!
The unique incubation program has its roots in Mountain Partners promoted @ Berlin. A unique

 If you are someone with tremendous energy to do something of your own, but don’t have a business idea, we
can have you on our EIM (Entrepreneur in Making) list. That’s the bunch we reach out to first, when evaluating a
new business from our global shelf, or looking for co-founders for a incubated business.
 If you have a great business idea but don’t know how to go about it, ping us. But do your home work for a deeper
