Franck Berthod is a global entrepreneur and an accomplished leader with over 25 years of experience in
international executive positions and an extensive background in 50 countries. He created an organization and
an ecosystem doing business in Africa, Middle East and Europe (ALTEO).
Franck is an international global expert in Strategy, Business devpt. and Corporate Restructuring, working in
West Africa (living in Abidjan), GCC (from Dubai) and Europe (From Paris) as Member of the board, Special
Advisor, Business Coach or Mentor. He is involved in Corporate Finance and M&A deals, and advise both Public
& Private Sector. Former GRET Special representative in Côte d’Ivoire for Media Landscape development post-
crisis with EU, he restart as Group Chairman & Group CEO the regional building material leader TISA from 2012
to 2014 (TOLE IVOIRE, CSTM SAFOR, TOLMALI). With ALTEO, Franck is joining Cellempower Inc. a leader of
wireless technologies in GCC as Sr Group Vice-President Finance & Investment, to support FakexappTM a new
solution to fight counterfeiting.
French and Ivorian with Spanish and Swiss origins he obtained his Master Degree in Finance and Marketing
(IFAG Lyon) and he’s certified in business coaching, cross cultural relations and Psychology of Management.
He first worked as an high flyer at Schneider Electric, leading the Worldwide Channel & IT Market Corporate BU
a 130 m$ activity of MGE UPS SYSTEMS (APC by Schneider Electric).
Franck is involved in Innovation and promotion of Entrepreneurship with ADN Factory Hub in Abidjan, part of
French Tech, and as a mentor/ teacher within programs in Africa and China; Founder Institute /Akendewa,
Eimpact ALTIS Milano / CERAP and Ningbo Nottingham University BS in China). Franck is a speaker and member
of the Jury of the African Rethink Awards / Land Of Business, in France.
Franck is working with Enivrance in the Food Innovation Industry to build the next african worldwide brands.
