Mahatma Gandhi Ethical Values
Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi was born on October 2, 1869 in Porbandar, India to a middle-class family. He is known as the Father of the Nation for his leadership of the Indian independence movement against British rule through principles of non-violence and civil disobedience. Gandhi believed in searching for the truth, having trust in God, avoiding secrecy, accepting guidance, practicing self-sacrifice, not being defeatist, having trust, accepting leadership responsibilities, and dedicating himself to his work.
