Title Sponsorship is reserved for Large Scale organizations/
Company/Industry. It is considered as the Overall Sponsor. It
comprises the most desirable and effective promotional elements of
Magnum 2016 and will receive the highest level of support from the
Aviators. The elements which comprise these sponsorship are only
available as part of these packages, thus ensuring their exclusivity
and unique value. You will be entitled as
Official “Title Sponsor” of Magnum 2016
Acknowledgment to Title Sponsor:
Receive unsurpassed recognition as your company is placed above
all other sponsors having your name featured on the news paper
advertisement and having your logo featured on the official Magnum
Website and all other promotional material including all Magnum
Merchandise, all registration forms, passes of various events,
posters, other banners and hoardings/canopies (provided by the
sponsor) at strategic locations in the campus and all event
advertising and other promotional activity of Magnum 2016. Your
logo will be integrated with University logo with the following
header – “The Title Sponsor” presents Magnum 2016.

13. The following opportunities will provide the
highest level of exposure to all attendees of
Magnum 2016:
• Keynote speaking slot - Your Company gets a keynote speaking
slot in all the Mega events.
• Sponsor Specific Events would be organized to promote the
sponsors. A separate team would be formed for the same purpose
to assist the sponsors in their promotion campaigns. Sponsor will
be allowed to do their own event on all days of the festival. Note:
Sponsor Specific Events will be conducted on sponsor’s choice of
location.
• Keynote Video Loop - Capture the audience with a 1 minute
commercial video on every Mega events. Sponsor provides the
video*.
• Special Flexes - As wings at the main venue sizes (12*4) * 4 Nos.
• Sponsor Stall - You will be provided with space for the stall at the
sponsorship arena as well as at event venue to promote your
products/goods as well as distribute your own merchandise and
publicity material throughout the events of Magnum 2016. Sizes
(15*10)*2Nos.
• Food Coupon – The food coupons will contain Logo of the “Title
Sponsor”.
• Sky Lighting - Sponsor will be allowed to promote their Brand/
Organization/ company/Industry.
Note: This will be done only if Sponsor provides it.
• Balloons Advertisement – Sponsor will be allowed to promote
their brand by large balloon advertisement.

logo will be displayed at the top in the middle of any poster/
banner/ flexes & other Publicity Material of Magnum 2016 shared

14. CO-SPONSOR
It will be considered category specific sponsor (like Beauty Contest,
Music, Electronic Music, Fun Event, Interaction/Comedy). It
comprises the most desirable and effective promotional elements of
Magnum 2016 and will receive the great level of support from the
Team Magnum 2016.

Receive unsurpassed recognition as your company joins our other
sponsors having your logo featured on the official Magnum Website
and all other promotional material including all registration forms,
posters, banners and hoardings/canopies (provided by the sponsor)
at strategic locations in the campus and your company’s name will
