Current Project: (Team Lead for Joint Venture Accounting and Treasury):
I am working for one of the largest Oil & Gas industry which is in UK, they are
biggest in LNG plant in the world with revenue of $19 billion and client are into in
exploration, production, refining and marketing of petroleum products. I am looking
after Joint Venture accounting and Treasury team consist of 12 FTEs.
Key Achievements :
My process re-engineering of Joint Venture process reduced up to 2 FTE. This
has been done by eliminating redundant steps and performing possible
automations, achieved Sumit award and Client recognition.
I was involved in team mentoring and knowledge management. Helped team
to pass through learning curve and I had maintained knowledge repository for
the team, Accomplished Client award.
I was involved in audit compliance audit. This team consists of top performers
of the value chain.
Involved in CITRIX migration project for the entire project.

production , refining , distribution and marketing . It also has renewable energy
interests in biofuels and power. I handled a team called Intercompany and
Subsidiary Accounting. Team was with 26 FTEs.
Achievements:
Promoted as Team lead within short span for excellence and dedication
established to take up my current project.
Promoted as Subject matter expert from senior analyst and given a chance to
work as acting team lead.
Achieved Spot and client recognition awards for bringing reconciliation backlog
to nil. There was an historical huge backlog and I was given an opportunity
and a challenge to clear the same.
Have deployed the activities as part of hyper care phase and successfully
