Team 4 selected Ambedkar Colony, a slum in Madurai, as the subject for their project. The slum is home to over 100 families and is located in the center of Madurai. Residents live in poor, unhygienic conditions without proper water, sanitation, or housing. Many work as construction workers or unemployed youth while others are self-employed children. The government should take steps to improve living conditions and provide awareness programs on health and sanitation.

4. AMBEDHKAR COLONY : It is located in the middle of Madurai. In 1977 govt. Separately gave lands to them. In 1983 they began to built their houses. Now more than 100 families living here. Similarly S.C (parayar) peoples also ……
