(QSCV).
 The Hamburger University provides specialized management training.
 It is always coming up with new ways to keep clients coming back.
 Excellent service and reasonable prices.
 Customer-focused
 Significant market share.
 Menus customized to the local environment.
 Collaborations with the top brands.
 Geographically and demographically diverse.
 A reliable supply chain
Weaknesses:
 Weaknesses are internal factors that may obstruct the company's capacity to meet its goals.
 Unfavorable publicity
 Menu of unhealthy foods
 Inconsistent differentiation
 No reductions
 Because McDonald's has been around for a long time, it is critical to maintain inventing.
 Its goods have unhealthy fat and carbohydrate margin values.
 They have yet to capitalize on the organic food boom.
Opportunities:
 These are areas of customer demand where the corporation may make a profit.
 The Saudi market is a huge potential with a diverse client base, and McDonald's has yet to
tap into it.
 Responds to societal changes via healthy lifestyle food innovation.
 Continued emphasis on corporate social responsibility, decreasing environmental impact
and strengthening community ties.
 Its new methods have been fully adapted.
 New consumer groupings and changing customer behaviors
Threats:
 Threats are difficulties provided by a negative development that might result in fewer sales
and profitability.
 Consumers are putting more emphasis on nutrition and leading healthier lives.
