reconciliations, P&L variance analysis, obsolete stock calculation, preparation of BAS of
Australia and New Zealand. Analysis and investigation of such areas as manual goods

management. Controlling the cash flow on a daily basis; ensuring all essential suppliers
were paid in a timely manner and organising payment plans for others when the business
had cash flow issues, and dealing with debt collection, again making payment plan
arrangements where applicable. Overseeing the work of 4 staff, and dealing with the data
input and performing reconciliations as required. All other associated duties such as BAS /
Superannuation / payroll tax and ad hoc projects

Improved producing year end accounts from 6-10 months to 1 month for all companies.
