• Who is this designed for?

3. Who? - REPM
• The programme does not assume any prior knowledge
in the real estate field and is ideal for new entrants to the
property profession coming in at graduate level. Many
students are, however, already working in the field.
• The programme covers the workings of the commercial
property market in both national & international contexts.
• It provides a wide ranging introduction to all aspects of
the subject area including property valuation, law,
technology, urban planning, development, property
management.
• Students will develop competence in property valuation/
investment/ development appraisal techniques and will
gain insights into legal, economic, technical and
managerial issues relating to property management
decision-making.

• A minimum of a second class
undergraduate honours degree or
• A recognised professional qualification in a
cognate discipline or
• Significant relevant work experience
• English proficiency - IELTS 6.0 for
international students
