orientation team to create successful orientation sessions.
 Planned and facilitated three separate team development training workshops for a team of 32
undergraduate student Orientation Leaders.
 Served as live-in professional staff member in orientation residence hall and responded to any on-
site emergencies throughout the various orientation sessions.
 Took the lead role with the check-out process for students staying in the residence hall, as well as
resource and organization fairs through communication with staff members, students, and parents.
 Organized and implemented an overnight hybrid orientation session for transfer students that
included several different presentations and team building activities to get them acclimated to UNT.
 Co-supervised 32 orientation leaders, as well as worked closely with 2 student coordinators to
