1. WASTE IDENTIFICATION :
type and amount of waste generated. help determine the appropriate processing method
2. WASTE MINIMIZATION : to minimize their impact on the environment and public health
Waste reduction :
reducing the amount of waste generated, through source reduction, the amount of waste
is minimized at the source.
Waste recycling :waste is reused or processed to create new products.
Waste treatment :the use of various methods to treat waste, such as composting,
biogas and bioremediation.
Waste disposal :Safe disposal of waste can be carried out after it becomes a useful product for
the soil, meets the quality standard requirements, and converts the waste into energy, or other methods.

7. Waste from livestock, livestock food processing, restaurants,
households, and markets. Some food wastes can enter farms directly as
feed, while others require secondary processing where they are
separated from solids and liquids for further processing.
Streams suitable as feed for use on farms, those deemed unsuitable may
be directed to composting or biodigestion.
Packaging that cannot be recycled can be directed to landfills.
Plants that produce bioethanol and vegetable oils produce refined grains
and oilseed meal, which can be used directly by livestock as an
important source of energy and protein.
