Latina Program Co-Manager (LPCM) JOB POSTING
Job Summary: W.O.M.A.N., Inc. seeks a dynamic team player, enthused by providing direct
service to Latinx survivors of domestic violence, their family and their friends. They will work
closely with their co-manager, and ensure our Latina Program meets the diverse needs of our
program participants while keeping strong connections with Latinx communities.
Job Duties:
● carry a caseload of monolingual Spanish speaking survivors
● facilitation of meetings (Echando Pa’Lante and staff) as needed
● provide community outreach and training as needed
● complete program reports on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
● have a strong presence in the office and be ready to respond to participant needs
● work as a collaborative and active member on the W.O.M.A.N., Inc. Leadership Team
● provide direct service, advocacy and accompaniment to Latinx survivors of DV
● be available for occasional weekend and evening appointments, meetings and workshops
● work closely with Latina Program Co-Manager (& Leadership Team) in strategizing, project
connectivity and other issues as they arise
● other duties as assigned
Desired Skills and Requirements:
● experience working with survivors of DV, ideally in a professional setting , required
● bi-lingual/bi-cultural, Spanish and English fluency required
● 40-hour DV training preferred, we will train if needed
● willing to discuss intersections of violence (including racism, trans and queer phobia) and be
dedicated to co-creating brave spaces where race, power and privilege are discussed
● practice direct communication
● be a generative thinker and doer
● be a positive force at W.O.M.A.N., Inc.
● have experience in grassroots organizing and leadership development, ideally with Latinx
immigrant communities
● be a team player and assist co-workers
● be open to new ideas, able to try out bold approaches to our work and celebrate fabulous
flops along the way

Compensation:
W.O.M.A.N., Inc. offers benefits including fourteen paid holidays, full Kaiser coverage, dental,
and a generous vacation package. We offer a 35 hour work week, and honor a strong culture of
service and self-care.
Pay scale for this position is $50,000-55,000.
