2. Natosha's Miracles
Natosha's Miracles is dedicated to help those who are victims of domestic violence.
We strive to help all individuals regardless of gender, culture, or ethnicity. We
understand that more women may be affected by this abuse, but also realize that men
may also be victims.
Our mission is to empower any victim during their time of need, by standing by them
and supporting them through their journey of change. We believe there is strength in
numbers.
We will provide these individuals with any kind of help they may need. This help may
range from a friendly voice on our hotline, to a safe home, daycare, and employment
opportunities. We also offer supportive group counseling sessions with other
individuals who are going through similar situations.
We plan to help as many victims of this abuse as possible.
3. Natosha's Miracles
• Political Factors – Here in Connecticut the laws support the victims of
domestic violence. My clients will know that the law stands by them.
• Economic Factors - A bad economy heightens the risk of intimate partner
violence. Due to the difficult economy, we are experiencing there may be a
greater need for our services.
• Technological Factors - The advancement in technology will aid our
clients to reach out during times of crisis and need.
• Social Factors - Victims may feel alone and not supported by family or
friends, therefore our program will be there to support them completely.
4. Diversity is a very important factor in Natosha's Miracles. All
are welcome regardless of gender, culture, or ethnicity.
Although there may be more women that are affected by this
abuse, we understand that there are men affected also. We do
not discriminate. We also understand that different cultures
have different beliefs in their treatment of women. We are
here to support these women completely. All are welcome, and
all will be treated with support and compassion.

departments in this program.

that oversees all management.

6. Natosha's Miracles
The program will have five departments. Counseling, Asylum for
clients, housing, daycare, and employment. Each program will be
managed by a supervisor who is experienced in this area. All
employees will report to their designated supervisor.
8. Natosha's Miracles
It will be very important for this organization to be sure to document the
data of succession for all survivors who have left their abusive
relationships. It will also be important to survey clients about their
satisfaction with the program and each department. These surveys will
help the staff fix any issues within the program.
It is also important to retrieve surveys from the employees to find out what
their feedback is on each program, and what is needed to improve upon.
With this data collected, we will be able to show our funders how well
Natosha's Miracles is performing and how many clients we are helping.
This proof will help our funders to realize that our program is worth
funding and continuing.
9. Natosha's Angels
Natosha's Angels is a very
important program that will be
beneficial to women, men, and
their children. Helping
clients leave an abusive
relationship is no easy task, but we
will strive to help every client that
reaches out to us, regardless of
what type of help they may need.
