Revenge is an act of retaliation at someone who wronged you. In the comedy of
Much Ado About Nothing, by William Shakespeare, the theme of revenge plays a
role. Revenge plays a part in our lives just as it does with the characters in Much
Ado About Nothing. Growing up with a younger sister of similar age, we often
fought (we still do). It is now all a big blur on why we fought, but I can still
remember the act of revenge that we took on one another. I remember that it was
around lunch time when we were still around the ages of 8 and 9 and we fought
about something I cannot recall now. I was very mad at my sister and decided that I
would take matters into my own hands. It was around lunch time and we were going

Comparison Of Donatello David
Part One The Donatello David is depicted more as a young boy wearing a hat and
holding a sword into the head of Goliath. He is nude in this depiction and he shown
with long hair. The sculpture looks as though it is standing still. Currently the David
completed by Donatello is located in the Museo Nazionale del Bargello, Florence.
The sculpture was completed in 1440 and is purely bronze which is shown in its
dull shininess. The David stands 5 and 2 Вј tall.
The Bernini David is a more developed man with shorter hair. He shows more of a
muscular build while he is preparing to use his slingshot to defeat Goliath as he is
twisting his waist and arms as to preparing to swing his happen with great force.
This sculpture shows great movement in its detail and this is known as dynamic
action. This David is located in Galleria Borghese, Rome. The sculpture is marble
as seen it is pale color and lack of shininess shows it lacks the characteristics of it
were a bronze statue. Bernini completed this David in 1623 with the dimensions of 5
7 in height.
Part Two Compare and Contrast:
Donatello used his skill to depict David as a still figure in the defeat of Goliath.
The sword is stabbed in the head of goliath and the sculpture shows some patina as
it was done in 1440 and bronze does show rust over time which shows the coloration
of green on the statue. The statue looks almost as it is posing for its viewers showing
that the little guy can beat the big guy as shown by this statue in Florence as it
pertains to them as a city against other larger Italian cities. The posture that this David
shows is contrapposto in just standing in the moment.
Bernini designed his David to appear as it was theatrical and expansive. The so
called flexibility of the sculpture is using dynamic action. The life like adult male
that Bernini sculpted is in the very instant of combat as he is readying his
slingshot with a twist of his waist and arm. This differs from the David of
Donatello in that Donatello s is after the battle had taken place and shows David as
victorious. Both David s are similar in the fact that neither is wearing armor during

Is Hercules A Hero
What makes a hero? Is it slaying a mighty monster? Saving a town? Hercules, son
of zeus, may have done such things, but is he really one of the good guys? His
twelve labours created by king Eurystheus may be seen as heroic acts, but in reality
most were along the lines of stealing and murder. That leads to the question, is
Hercules a hero or hitman? Hercules is definitely one of the most famous greek
heroes in history, is supposedly brainwashed by a jealous Hera into murdering his
family, was to make up for it by completing twelve famous labours for king
Eurystheus. Not only did he murder his family, the twelve labours mostly consist of
stealing goods and possessions from others and murdering people that get in his
way. He has killed some grand pesky beats, but he is still being ordered to kill, and
following those orders without hesitation. Hercules is not the hero that greek
mythologyglorifies him to be. His ruthless acts to purify himself from killing his
family, are nothing but him following commands of robbery, whether it be of a life
or possession. He is less of a hero and more of a modern day hired hitman .
Hercules agreed to completing the twelve tedious labours, however bad they might
be. If he was ordered to steal something, he would. If he was told to kill something,
he would do it. His actions are more alike the ones of an assassin or hitman rather
than a selfless hero.

According to Soviet sports training books I have read, the kinds of training
depicted in the movie may very well be accurate. There are only two things that
may be a stretch: The first is the use of sparring partners by Drago. The movie
depicts Drago pummeling every one of his partners, sending them to the canvas
