2. CHARACTERS PETER. Sam and Linda´s father. He is funny, responsible and a good father. He goes with his children to the jungle. CAROL: Sam and Linda´s mother. She doesn´t like adventures. She´s a good mother. SAM: Peter and Carol´s son he goes to the jungle. He´s brave, intelligent and fast. LINDA: Carol and Peter´s daugther. She´s kind, helpful and a good daugther. She goes to the jungle. CHA:The proffesionel guide of the tour to the jungle. He´s very intelligent, he knows the jungle very well. POLICEMAN: He helps Sam, Linda,Cha and Peter, when they are lost in the jungle. He´s kind, brave and strong.

3. SUMMARY (PART 1)‏ The Miller Family is on holiday. Peter (dad) and Carol (mum) stay in the hotel. Sam and Linda run towards their parents and they show an advertisment. In this, it says “walking tour”. It says a jeep takes you to the jungle, and then you walk to some villages and meet different tribes. The father accepts, but the mother stays in the hotel.

4. SUMMARY (PART 2)‏ Next morning... The Miller Family meet the guide at the hotel. The guide (Cha) stops the jeep. They travel by a jeep into jungle. Cha shows them the dangers of the jungle. The father is behind them.

5. SUMMARY (PART 3)‏ They don´t know were he is. The guide is bitten by a snake and Sam and Linda need the antidote. The father is ill because he eats some poisonous berries.

6. SUMMARY (PART 4)‏ The children stay in the jungle. Meanwhile the mother stays in the hotel swimming pool with a friend. The children follow the river, so they don´t get lost. They make a raft with bamboo. Sam goes down the river but the raft hits a rock and he falls into the river, his sister helps him. She makes a bandage with a part of her clothes because Sam hurts his ankle. Later they sleep. They get up with a strong noise. This noise is a lot of elephants! They climb to a tree and they save their lives.

7. SUMMARY (PART 5)‏ They walk to the village where they ask for help. Sam stays in a bed in the village. Meanwhile their mother calls the police, because they don´t come back. Kriss and his brother, Nung and Linda look for her father. Linda sees a man with a gun that is a policeman and behind him is Carol, her mother.

8. SUMMARY (PART 6)‏ The policeman calls the helicopter. Twenty minutes later... The helicopter takes the Miller Family and Cha. They go to the hospital.

9. SUMMARY ( THE END)‏ Two days later... The Miller Family is sitting with their friends and Cha by the swimming pool in the hotel and talking about the adventure.

10. PERSONAL OPINION “ Lost in the Jungle”is a great and amazing book. I like this book because it is short and easy to read. I don´t like the new words because they are difficult, but it is a good book and I want the sequel.
