Loreto College used Thomas assessments to provide impartial career advice to students. Students took psychometric tests and received individualized reports on their strengths and potential careers. They also received coaching, created action plans, and had follow up. Feedback showed the process helped students identify career goals and direction, increased confidence, and was seen as a valuable experience.
