The PPA assessed individuals on traits like dominance, influence, steadiness, and compliance. Managers found the visual PPA reports easy to understand and use to tailor their management styles. Team members also learned about each other's profiles, strengths, and opportunities for development. Virgin Trains continues to use the PPA for new hires and sees changes in profiles over time that improve team effectiveness.
