HR Consulting team in the company is having 5 years of experience
in HR activities with IT/Telecoms majors in the country.

8. i. Furnished Office Accommodation
In most cases, the furnished facility does not include backup captive power supply, telecommunication
links/equipments , Networking (to the desired levels), dedicated leased lines, refurbishing etc and
therefore involves time and efforts to put all of these in place starting with negotiation with vendors to
installation and commissioning. If the Client opts for a furnished facility , Facility Realtor will provide
the following services which includes:
List out the improvements needed to be carried out at the
identified office place.
Prepare an estimated cost of carrying out of these
improvement/providing facilities.
Obtain necessary approvals from Client for the same.
Invite competitive quotes from prospective suppliers.
Source the service providers and vendors to the clients needs
Negotiate supply terms and conditions.
Prepare a comparative analysis of the various quotes and
obtainClient approval.
Document the firmed up quotes and issue letters
of acceptance (PO’s).
Ensure timely supplies and commissioning of the supplies.
Coordination with Suppliers during commissioning.
Settlement of suppliers dues.
9. ii. Unfurnished Office Accomodation
If the client opts for a bare Shell space and decides to have the facility furnished by them, Facility
Realtor‘s offers the following services:
To arrange for a meeting between the Architect
and the client in order to obtain and understand
Client’srequirement.
To provide the client with options on design &
Specification.
On client finalizing the design & the specifications invite
tenders/quotes from vendors for various categories of
work.
Prepare a comparative analysis of the various quotes
and obtain client approval.
Document the firmed up quotes and issue letters of
acceptance (PO’s) to the vendors.
Ensure timely supplies and Execution of work.
Settlement of suppliers dues as per the terms of
Contract.
Hand over the premises to the client on completion of work.
