• Sustains partnerships with 80 agencies in five
counties in Central Alabama: Jefferson, Blount,
St. Clair, Shelby, and Walker.
• .91/1.00 goes to the agencies
• Agencies are reviewed each year to address
the most pressing financial needs and must
reapply each year.
• You can be assured that your donation goes
back into your community!
3. Participation at BWF
• This year the focus is on participation rather
than dollar amount!
• We are seeking 100% participation this year at
BWF.
• Last year we had 9%.
• Any dollar amount helps!
4. Pledge Forms
• Fill out all personal information
• Indicate how you would like to pay: cash,
check, payroll deduction, or credit card
• Payroll deductions begin January 2015
• Please paper clip cash/check to form (no
staples please)
• If you would like to designate your donation to
a certain United Way Agency, it is a 25.00
minimum.
