2. SEPTEMBER
INTRODUCING THE PROJECT
The first meeting with the team of the teachers
As our project is related to ICT, we decided to choose those teachers
who have good knowledge in ICT and English, who have ICT classes.

4. SEPTEMBER
FORMING THE NATIONAL WORKING GROUPS
The first meeting with the students
• At first we have chosen those students who were interested
in an idea of our project;
• Then we have collected those who have the facility and the
conditions for receiving guests;
• Finally, we have assessed their English level.

5. SEPTEMBER
Forming the national working group
• A lively discussion about activities of this project took place;
• Students have drawn for places where will they travel.

6. SEPTEMBER
GOOGLE AND FACEBOOK GROUPS
We have already created a Google group and a Facebook group
for uploading documents and sending the videos to our
students, for communication with them.

7. SEPTEMBER
PREPARATION OF THE PROJECT BOARD
 At first we have collected all students and listened to
their ideas how to create a project board;
 Then we have shared our works and started to create;
 All teachers helped to do that.

8. SEPTEMBER
E-TWINNING PLATFORM
 We had a meeting related to e-Twinning platform;
 ICT teacher and a coordinator of the project have
presented this platform and learnt how to use it;
 Students joined to this platform by themselves and
have added all information;
 Students don‘t use this platform so often because
Facebook is more useful for us.

CREATING THE PROJECT’S LOGO
• ICT teacher Edita Davidonyte have prepared the video;
• She used Onlinelogomaker.com page;
• This work needed to be creative, diligent and
imaginative;
• We hope that this work gave to our students a treat,
learnt them to be more creative and scrupulous.

17. NOVEMBER
THE FIRST MEETING IN PORTUGAL
 It was the week full of productive work, useful
information and great people. We managed to discuss
the main project issues and find common solutions.
 It was great to work in the international team. We also
learnt how to make E-booklet, how to prepare a
brochure, we worked on screencasting software.

• Our ICT teacher prepared a video for students;

• We think that it was easy and simple to use this
platform and to create a digital postcard;

Making an e-guide about how to make a movie
• ICT teacher prepared an e-guide;
• She used flipsnack.com page.

23. DECEMBER
Preparing a movie about the school
• Our ICT teacher prepared the video ;
• She uploaded it on our own facebook group;
Steps:
• At first our students watched the prepared video;
• then they started to create their own presentations
using prezi and powtoon programmes;
• after that they consulted with us ( teachers);
• finally they uploaded them on facebook page of our
project.

24. DECEMBER
THE FIRST MEETING WITH PARENTS
Before the students’ meetings we have invited their parents to
school. During the meeting we were talking about our project,
all activities. We presented our works. Parents have chosen the
best logo. They have also signed an agreement. They had a lot
of questions about meetings, specially about meeting in our
country.

THE MEETING IN ITALY
• Our students prepared presentations about our
gymnasium;
• In this meeting they presented logos which they have
created at home;
• Lithuanian logo won the second place;
• They studied a lot about Internet ethic;
• This meeting in Italy was really amazing. Our students
found a lot of new friends, got a lot of experience and
got to know other cultures, people with different
nationalities and the chance to improve their English
skills. They have also created the presentations about
Internet ethic and presented them in the international
groups.

30. FEBRUARY
THE MEETING IN SPAIN
• At first we held a meeting with students who were going
to Spain;
• Then they started to create their presentations;
• They have created their presentations about our
culture,traditional food, songs;
• They started to learn how to present our traditional folk
dance, so they started to dance and practise it ;

amazing c ity I met a lot of unique people
from different c ountriesand c ultures. My
host family w as also absolutely
approac hable and they ac c epted me
gladly asw ell.M y family gav e me a great
opportunity to know the Spanish c ulture
ev en better, for instanc e, to try their
traditional food and etc . They
introduc ed me to all the most beautiful
and interesting plac es in Sev ille suc h as
Sev ille c athedral, The Plaza de España,
M etropol Parasol. In addition, w e also
hav e v isited Granada and Alhambra,
w hic h impressed all of us. All in all, I
believ e that I w ill nev er forget this
inc redible trip, bec ause I hav e learned
so muc h in just one w eek and, of c ourse,
my sec ond family!

32. The Erasmus+ w eek, when we were in Sevilla,
w as one of the best days in my life. There I
met w onderful people, experienced a lot of
new things. We hav e explored the c ity of
Sev ille and Granada, w hic h w ere really
amazing. Also, in sc hool w e had ac tiv ities

36. APRIL
THE MEETING IN LATVIA
 Our students have created presentations about Customs
and Etiquette;
 They used powtoon and prezi programmes;
 We had a lot of meetings wherein we corrected our
mistakes and talked a lot about their presentations;
 Our students were the youngest of all from Lithuanian
team, so them were very hard to do their presentations
without mistakes.

Latvia is a new discovery for us
It seemed that we know this country because it is our neighbor. But we were
wrong. For us it was a new discovery although we have a lot of common such as
food, songs, customs, clothing, language. We visited many wonderful and unkown
places such as an amazing Aglona Basilica, Mark Rotko Art Centre, an authentic
Latgale and of course an ancient Ryga. We met a lot of friendly and pleasant people.
On the other hand, this meeting was intended for the etiquette and customs of
our partners' countries. We have known a lot about other countries' customs and
etiquette. In the international groups we created presentations about Cultural
Awareness. It was fine to work, communicate in these groups and know each other
better.
