My qualifications include BS Degrees in both Accounting and Economics from Pennsylvania State

I assumed the key CCO role, leveraging an industry stature that satisfied relevant stakeholders at a
time of a major investigation into alleged compliance failures. I reported to the Board with a large

 I assessed compliance and governance functions and suggested organizational change
supported by revised operational frameworks to be implemented across the enterprise.
 I designed modifications to the existing executive bonus plan, incorporating identified
