Startup team for technology transfer for low cost solar cell device technology
from R&D lab in San Jose, Silicon Valley, TetraSun Inc in new high volume
manufacturing facility in First Solar Malaysia. Responsible for setting up a pilot
line for plating process for high volume manufacturing and R&D purpose. Factory
start-up hands on experience from scratch.
Process owner for plating process on process and equipment improvement.
Responsible for setting up plating bath chemicals analysis. Manage plating
chemicals, analysis tools BOMlist (spare parts, consumables and raw materials)
inventory to avoid any shortages and excesses.
Accountable for product yield (Mechanical, Process, and Visual). Monitor
product yield especially on plating process related yield, and drive for continuous
improvement on quality losses or variance.
Technical know-how on solar cell device.
Startup team for Electro-Chemical Deposition center in Infineon Technologies
Malaysia. Process lead for both Photolithography and Electroplating
semiconductor processes. Responsible for both processes sustaining and process
capability improvement to meet/exceed product quality requirement and
production throughput.
Support of production in case of line deviations, perform process optimization
and responsible for continuous cost improvement.
Silver award winner of IFX ToQ Award of Q3/2012 with achievement of “Unified
Approach Towards Next Level Stepper Throughput”.
Bronze Award Winner of IFX Team of 4th Quarter/2011 for Yield Improvement
Project on C9FLRU technology, Zone E Yield improvement from 65% to 73%
through DMAIC methodology, save ~€229k/year.
Highest Saving Contributor and Top Contributor YIPS (Your Idea Pays) for Q1 &
Q2 11/12 with Litho Stepper Throughput Improvement.
Technical Paper Achievement in Infineon Kulim Technical Symposium (IKTS) 2013
