Our eyes have limitations that can impact our vision. Optical illusions occur when the brain cannot accurately interpret what the eyes see. The blind spot is a point on the retina that contains no light receptors and so cannot detect images, meaning we cannot see objects whose images fall on the blind spot. We have limitations in our sight due to optical illusions which confuse the brain and the existence of a blind spot in each eye where no vision is possible.
