2. The first shots all link together as they are title screens. The
background colour is all black with no other lighting or colour
creating a mysterious feel. The titles are all in white which
brings out the dark background colour and also defines the
titles. Throughout these scenes, the titles fade within to the
dark scene into an abyss.

3. In the next scene, it leads on to the opening. The dark scene
from the previous fades up into colour and picture this time
rather than a title. The lighting is low key which easily shows
that its quite late at night. The white dims of the street lights
also suggests this. The colour white is also associated with
innocence which potentially means that there is nothing
mysterious or tense about this scene, which contrasts with the
slow moving title screen. This scene is also an establishing long
shot which shows the whole jist of the scene. The same scene
starts to light up, creating a calm atmosphere. Throughout this
scene these scenes, the same white titles appear from a fade
onto the scene

4. The scene stays as a long shot however the camera starts
shaking slightly so the shot is not as steady. Another title name
appears in white on from a fade which stands out over the low
key lighting. The shot then pans out from the long shot and
moves into a slightly canted aerial shot of the previous scene.

5. The shot then starts to pan round into the corner of the
same scene. The lighting is very low key with an earie feel to
it. You can’t really work out the shot except the fact that it’s
canted and you can see some brightly lit shapes that are not
clear. Towards the end of the scene, you can gradually start
making up the face of a person. The surrounding lighting is
still low key but there is a warm glowing colour, lighting up
the face of a male character.

6. This next scene is dark and harsh, the lighting is very
low-key which links to the idea of mystery and the
unknown of what could be happening next. There is a
warm glow touching lightly the hand and unknown
object shown. This is a midshot which means it
accentuates every detail of the lighting as it is all seen
clearly.
