Letter of Recomendation for Vincent Ridley
1. VIRGINIA STATE UNIVERSITY
PETERSBURG, VIRGINIA 23806
Office of Student Financial Aid
May 05, 2015
To Whom It May Concern:
It is with great admiration that I write this letter of recommendation for Mr. Ridley. Mr. Ridley has
earned the respect of this office by demonstrating great quality customer service. Mr. Ridley’s
quality of work as our Debt Manager and Assistant to our Loan Manager is exemplary of his ability
as an outstanding leader.
Mr. Ridley demonstrates a no-non sense approach to the working environment, which impressed the
leaders in this office. When he has a task before him, he would not allow detractions to hinder his
ability to reach our regulatory deadlines. As he is a very dedicated team player especially on special
projects, he demonstrates good communication skills, which developed into a good working
relationship with not only our staff, but many members of the VSU community. I appreciate his
professionalism and proficient oral communication skills, when he is communicating with our
student body.
Mr. Ridley is very ambitious, and he always expresses the desire to do more, as well as, elevate his
potential. I have witnessed his skills, when our Vice President had requested his assistance
regarding several divisional entertainment events. He is very knowledgeable of the Financial Aid’s
Federal and State regulations governing the funding that we disburse; it is without any doubt, that
he is very passionate regarding his area of expertise.
One of his character traits that I observed and admire is his exhibition of integrity and courage. Mr.
Ridley will be the one to present proficiency in searching for opportunities for creativity,
innovation, and potential for growth within a company, as well as, the staff members. He is not
afraid to take risk, because he will become the pioneer in every endeavor he embarks upon.
Please do not hesitate to contact me if you need further assistance at (804) 524-5992.
Respectfully,
Mr. Henry DeBose
Associate Vice President
