Deborah Rodrigo-Caldeira participated in a 3-day academic training session in Tallinn, Estonia from September 4-6, 2015 on the modern information society organized by Oxford University and funded by the European Social Fund and Estonian government. The training session titled "Government, Security, and Conflict in the Cyber Age" covered topics such as computing networks, cyber weapons, international cyber security, cyber warfare law, cybersecurity history, and Estonia's e-government system and included a cyber crisis simulation exercise.

This letter attests that Deborah Rodrigo-Caldeira participated in the academic Training Session
on the Modern Information Society organised by the Cyber Studies Programme at Oxford
University’s Department of Politics and International Relations and funded by the European
Social Fund and the Estonian Government. The training session was held at Tallinn University of
Technology in Tallinn, Estonia, on 4-6 September 2015.
The title of the training session was “Government, Security, and Conflict in the Cyber Age.”
