“This is a testimonial on the service provided to us regarding the rental and sale of our home in a very
poor real estate market. We placed our home located in Carlsbad CA on the MLS with Bryan Devore
of Prudential in the summer of 2007, due to a required move to Northern CA. Two months later an
offer to rent our house was presented, and Bryan nicely handled the arrangements. After a year the
tenants suffered some setbacks and had to move. Bryan found us another tenant quickly, however the
husband lost his job, and they never moved in. We then ask Bryan to once again list the home
exclusively for sale. 
The pricing of our home had to be adjusted for the market several times but Bryan was diligent
staying abreast of the market. There were several offers but unfortunately with the market favoring
the buyer, not the seller, we received some ridiculous offers and Bryan helped us weed through them
