moved to Minnesota in 1982 with her husband and raised their 3 children. She relocated to Florida once her

When you list - and close - your home with me, Iâll walk through your home with you and
make suggestions on items that appear to be needing repair. Although, I am not a licensed
experienced inspector! Sometimes, a pre-listing inspection is one of your best investments
especially if the house has not been maintained as well as it could have been.

house in move-in condition also helps you avoid delays to closing and demonstrates to
buyers, agents and the buyerâs home inspector that your house has been very well
