in their lives. One of the most popular natural acne
solutions is to incorporate dandelion root into your
diet.
Acne can come in different forms–such as
blackheads,

but is generally characterized by swollen, red
pustules on the face, chest and back.

5. How to intake Dandelion Root:
• Intake dandelion root in the form of TEA.
• Dandelion tea is often known as ‘ACNE TEA’.
• Dandelion is a rich source of Potassium.

recipes for making tea

7. 1. Get the beautiful yellow dandelion flowers from your
garden(or surroundings).
2. Wash them to make sure they are clean.
3. Now just like you were to brew tea, put the flowers in
a cup and let them steep for 20 minutes.
4. Add honey to taste.
5. Tadaa..!! The natural immunity boost drink is ready.
**Make sure that the flowers are pesticide free.
**You can strain out the flowers are eat them if you like
them.

9. 1. Get the small (young) dandelion leaves snipped from
the roots.
2. Wash them to make sure they are clean.
3. Chop them to further smaller pieces.
4. Now just place them in hot water, just like you do for
normal tea, for 10-15 minutes.
5. Add honey to taste.
6. Your tasty drink is ready.
**Make sure not to boil them for so long, they will
become bitter..

Wash them and chop them

11. • Dig a bit deep inside to get the roots.
• Wash them 3-4 times to make sure they are clean.
• Cut them to further smaller pieces or put them in the
food processor for easy chopping.
• Place the pieces on a cookie sheet and place in a
preheated 300 degree oven for 2 hours.

Wash them and chop them

13. After you have roasted the roots, follow these steps:
• Steep around 2 tsp of the roasted roots for about
10minutes.
• Add non dairy milk to it.
