This lesson plan focuses on developing healthy habits over three 1.5 hour classes. In the first class, students will read about stress and discuss healthy habits. They will take an online health quiz and discuss the results. In the second class, students will work in groups to compare notes on good and bad health habits. They will also begin working on a webquest on creating a campaign to help teenagers improve their lifestyles. In the third class, students will review a leaflet example and share ideas for their own leaflet. They will continue working on the webquest to create a leaflet and video on healthy habits for teenagers.
