Lesson 12 discusses how believers can walk daily in and out of fellowship with God based on their interaction with their two natures and relationship with the Holy Spirit. There are two paths for new believers after salvation - one leads upward into the "spiritual Promised Land" for those who acknowledge Christ's lordship over their lives, while the other lower path leads into a "spiritual desert" for those who have not accepted His lordship either through ignorance or choice. God wants to reward every believer.

his Master, that is, the One who oversees and manages his life.
2. The lower path leads into a “spiritual desert.” This lower path

not acknowledged the Lordship of Christ over his life.
