3. • The purpose of online banking system is to automate the
existing manual system by the help of computerized
equipment and full-fledged computer software, fulfilling their
requirements, so that their valuable data/information can be
stored for a longer period with easy accessing and
manipulation of the same. The required software and hardware
are easily available and easy to work with. Online banking
system, as described above, can lead to error free, secure,
reliable and fast management system. It can assist the user to
concentrate on their other activities rather to concentrate on
the record keeping. Thus it will help organization in better
utilization of resources. The organization can maintain
computerized records without redundant entries. That means
that one need not be distracted by information that is not
relevant, while being able to reach the information. The aim is
to automate its existing manual system by the help of
computerized equipment and full-fledged computer software,
fulfilling their requirements, so that their valuable
data/information can be stored for a longer period with easy
accessing and manipulation of the same. Basically the project
describes how to manage for good performance and better
services for the clients.

5. OVERVIEW
In this project we had created a
website named Lena-Dena Bank
which is basically a banking
management system in which a
user can do transactions by
having the account number of
the another person not only this
we had created an simulator
calculator for having an lump-
sum idea for the EMI’s to be
covered under loans. Here for
instance the user can add
,withdraw and transfer money
himself .Moreover artificial
intelligence has been also there
in the form of a chatbot where
user can get more information
regarding the accounts loans and
a lot more.

In this project HTML is used for
designing adding basic
structure to our website.
CSS:
In Lena-Dena Bank, CSS is
used to add colours and
contrast to the basic structure
which make the website
beautiful to see and
interesting to use .
SQL:
In the website SQL is used
to store data which is being
inputted by the user and
making transactions clear
to read and write.
Javascript:
It is used to add
functionalities on the
webpages by adding on
different dynamic
interactions with the user.
PHP:
It is used as a medium in
order to send the data to the
database which is being
given by the user so that the
admin can get access to it.
Artificial Intelligence:
Here AI is being used in
the form of chatbot where
user can get friendly with
the functions and features
which are there in website.

7. •Here the user can interact with different web pages .
•Web pages include path to various online services like loans ,credit and debit card and lot more.

•Here the user can tell the bot about the thing he is keen to know .For example if the user will input
types of loan the bot will return auto loan and home loan as buttons and if the user will click on the
buttons he will get more information regarding the same.
Chatbot
•In login field the user can access to the transactions page and can make successful transaction.
•In signup field the user have to register himself using his credentials and after some time the bank
will assign his entities for the transactions i.e., for login.

•Auto –loan can be get easily accessible by the user , the user have to input just the important things
i.e., principal amount ,tenure , down payment and the EMI will be showed up.
•Home-Loan calculator is bit similar from auto loan as here the main things to be inputted is rate of
interest ,tenure and principal amount
