Come hear from the intrapreneurs with a web-startup mindset who opened the LEGO Group to solicit and deliver crowdsourced products. In 2011, LEGO opened its factory doors with LEGO CUUSOO, allowing fans to propose designs for new products and collect votes from their peers. The LEGO Minecraft proposal in late 2011 took the beta site (and the Internet) by storm and became a hit product of the summer.
But to LEGO fans with high expectations, something seemed rotten in Denmark. Transforming this crowdsourcing dream into reality was a lot harder than stacking a few bricks together. LEGO CUUSOO allowed acute demand to emerge overnight, and when it did, production resources in the traditional manufacturing company remained fixed and finite. The company learned pointed lessons about transforming fan concepts into real products under public scrutiny, and will share hard-learned best practices that will help you allow your fans to drive product innovation.
Desde hace algún tiempo, la comunidad de Ágiles Latinoamérica ha señalado las similitudes existentes entre la transformación Ágil y Star Wars. El Imperio, con el lado oscuro de la fuerza representa el control, las malas prácticas, el temor, la desconfianza, los miedos, etc. La Orden Jedi representa la lucha por vencer todos esos anti patrones y malos olores, usando la Fuerza, que en este caso es representada por la cultura y valores ágiles. Utilizando esta analogía, y aprovechando la existencia de los personajes de la saga en bloques de Lego, durante el taller se plantea co-crear entre todos los participantes una transformación ágil a través de un juego donde re-construirán con bloques de Lego Star Wars una aldea que se encuentra apoderada del lado oscuro de la fuerza donde reina el control, la desmotivación, el miedo y la desconfianza. Para esto conoceremos y liberaremos el poder de Agile Kaizen y se construirá una aldea que evidencie e integre a su cultura nuevas y mejores formas de trabajar con base en sus ejes: Cultura, cambio, eventos, equipos, procesos y productos.
