Copyright will protect my printed work as it stops other
people using it without consent. It will prevent people
from copying my work and distributing copies of it,
either free of charge or for sale. Copyright will also last
a minimum of life plus 50 years for most types of
written, artistic work. This will therefore, protect my
work from being put on the internet
3. Slander/libel
Slander/libel will affect my print product as
they are civil wrongs that will harm my
singer’s reputation. For example they will
decrease the level of respect, regard, or
confidence of my performer.
4. Royalties
Royalties will cover the expenses associated
with maintaining the operation such as the
parent company’s ongoing training programs,
any operating manual updating, promotions
and advertising and to allow the company to
keep up on new technology.
5. Violence
Violence will affect my print product entirely because
is any form of violence is encouraged or used on my
album a young member of the public may imitate
that behaviour and be exposed to it. This will
therefore reduce the amount of people buying or
viewing the album.
6. Offensive language/behaviour/material
Advertising coders do not prohibit swearing,
this is because it could be seen as funny or
offensive to certain viewers, therefore
decreasing a wide audience. The offence can
vary dependant on the tone and context of the
language.
7. Public interest
Public interest will affect my print product.
This is due to it being the welfare of the
public, who are the primary factor of the whole
advert. For example, they will provide
opportunity for a good reputation.
