• Absence of adequate light in the
classroom - hazards that fluorescent
lights expose us to: Headache, eyestrein,
fatigue,, increased rate of ‘misjudgements’
and accidents, allergic skin and dermatitis
etc.
• Do our classrooms contain the full light
spectrum that our brains need?

we allow students to eat/or drink for
sometime (may be for 10 minutes) will they
become better learner?
•How is the idea of giving a refreshment
break for 10 minutes in a 100 minutes’ class
