coming back from the beach, a
full meal on its own. Traditional
recipe from my grandma's family
who were refugees from Nothern
Turkey in 1922.
Bucatini alla amatriciana – only
four ingredients for this special
pasta: bucatini, tomato souce,
bacon and pecorino cheese
Gazpacho : Andalusian cold
tomato soup with bread, garlic,
olive oil and cucumber. Ideal for
hot summer days.
Tzatziki - (yogurt dip) , my
favourite for the hot greek
summers!
