Multi location PBX on cloud
If you have multi-location setup for your campus or restaurant, then how many
phone lines do you use? For four locations- Melbourne, Colorado, Texas and
Canada, you would have one phone line for each location. This means that you
would have 4 PBX/ IVR on each site.
We hosted one PBX server for all the four location. Earlier, taking a new number
would take days but now it could be done in minutes.

Increasing efficiency
Earlier there was a gap in communication as the team is spread across 4
locations globally. After working with us the communication became easy
using PBX as a single server in AWS EC2. Setting up a VoIP Telephony Server
helped in developing various features; ease the work and improving efficiency
by reducing time.
Phone System on Cloud
From multiple servers to a single server
More than 100 phones are connected to a single server. A single phone number
is used to create all the extensions. All the in-house calls are done using that
particular number. This has reduced the cost to a great extent as the in-house
calls are not charged and only the out-bound call is billed.
We now have our reach in 4 regions – USA, Australia, Canada and India where
the team is distributed. All the work of integrating, creating the setup and
managing the server happens remotely from our Indian Office.
