The level of satisfaction in the relation between the
manager and his employees
The conclusion which refers to satisfaction
/dissatisfaction of the employees
The style of leadership
In this company we’ve been recognized a democratic style of
leadership, from a variety of reasons:
• In every conflict the manager discuss openly with the
employees about the problem of the company?

We can identify that all policies give rise to discussions and group
decisions and the manager is a person open minded with flexibility of
thinking who listen the opinion of his employees but also he try to
resolve all the problems.

Most of the employees are satisfied of their job in the company, there are
only a small group of dissatisfied workers. We can see that their manager
has the capability to involve they all the time and the employees
expectation about their job are content.

In the company employees sometimes have some troubles and
conflictual situation and then they feel dissatisfied about their
activity. There is no big dissatisfaction extend in IHM company.

level of salary, reason why the 60% of employees are never complain for they salary.

The style of leadership In this company we’ve been recognized a democratic style of leadership, from a variety of reasons: • In every conflict the manager discuss openly with the employees about the problem of the company? 60% In very big extent, 20% in big extent, 20% In small extent We can identify that all policies give rise to discussions and group decisions and the manager is a person open minded with flexibility of thinking who listen the opinion of his employees but also he try to resolve all the problems.
