We are working with a global organisation and leader in their field. They are looking to recruit an Organisational Development
Consultant to join their team to support a range of organisational design and change programmes.
The person
To be considered for this position you will be an experienced OD and Change professional, with experience of working in a leading
Consultancy, you might also have worked in an in-house change role. You will have experience of working with Globally matrixed
organisations and leading significant change programmes. You will have proven capability of influencing senior leaders and building
strong relationships with them.
The role
• The team sits within the global learning team and works closely with the HR teams. It is focussed on increasing the
adaptability of the organisation to effect change as well as developing capabilities within the organisation.
• As a consultant you will also support the development of business strategies, develop leadership and management
capabilities and provide executive coaching.
• You will work with senior leaders within the organisation to act as a trusted advisor on organisational performance and
leadership effectiveness – building programmes to support any developments required.
