Head of Organisational Development
London, £70000 - £90000
We are working with a leading London based academic institution who are currently going through a period of
extensive change as they bring in a new senior leadership team to reshape the organisation and take it to the next
stage of its development.
•	 As a result they are looking for an OD professional to work closely with the HR Director and Chief Executive to support the
development of the leadership team and create a strong cultural identity for the organisation.
•	 You will be responsible for the development of a leadership framework and ensuring that it is implemented through the
leadership team - with a focus on building a behavioural and cultural identity - and subsequently ensuring that positive
behaviours are cascaded through the organisation.
•	 You will build a performance culture through the development of individuals and implementing a performance management
framework.  
To be considered for this role you will be a strong OD professional who has worked within a Government funded organisation, you
could be interested in taking this role on a permanent or long term fixed term contract (12 - 18 months). You will have a strong
background of working with a leadership team and be comfortable building relationships and influencing up to the highest level.
