2. Where U.A.E is located The United Arab Emirates (UAE) is a Middle Eastern association of seven states situated in the southeast of the Arabian Peninsula. In Southwest Asia on the Persian Gulf, bordering Oman and Saudi Arabia. The seven states are Abu- Dhabi, Ajman, Dubai, Fujairah, Ras al-Kamiah, Sharjah, and Umm al-Quwain .

3. Geographic Features of U.A.E Next to the Arabia Gulf there are offshore islands, coral reefs, and lots of marshlands. There are stretches of gravel plain and unproductive dessert characterizes the inland region. To the east lie the Hajar Mountains which reach north into the Musandam peninsula. The western internal of alliance, which is most of it Abu Dhabi territory comprises mostly of desert spread with oasis. One of the largest oases is Al Liwa, ahead of the vast (Rub al-Khali) desert. One of the most appealing geographical features of U.A.E is the Dubai Creek that is located in Dubai. It is a natural creek in Persian Gulf, dividing the city into two parts. The first one is the Deira to its north and the second one Bur Dubai to its south.

4. Climate of U.A.E The sun shines all the year round in the UAE and makes it an ideal summer resort . It has an arid subtropical climate with year-round sunny days and low rainfall. Average temperatures in U.A.E range from a low of about 10°C (50°F) to a high of 48°C (118°F). From November to March daytime temperatures average a very pleasant 26 degrees C. Night-time temperatures are slightly cooler, averaging 15 degrees C. Average rainfall is low at less than 6.5 cm annually, more than half of which falls in December and January. Best time to visit U.A.E is between December and March, when climate is mild and pleasant with most of rainfall falling in this period .

5. Environment of U.A.E In the United Arab Emirates there are lots of varieties of animals and plants. Such as camels, dogs, cats, deer’s, gazelles, goats, fox, birds, wild donkeys and Arabian Oryx. There are also some natives animals such as lizards, rodents, hares and many more. There are some unpalatable plants species such as Sodom’s apple and the sedge. There is also this plant which is called Arta, the beautiful small tree of the dunes which is almost completely removed by camels, but flourishes in the presence of Oryx and gazelles. Other plants such as broom bush it is called (markh), have been reduced in size rather than number. Animals from hares to Oryx use this shrub for shade and shelter.

7. Customs and Traditions Islam being the major religion in U.A.E . The local customs and traditions of UAE is influenced to a great extent by this religion. Though it does not make UAE a closed society. It seeks to promote the best in its traditions and customs so that the nation becomes lively and attractive to all the people . Politeness and well-mannered behaviour is very much visible while dealing with guest of any kind. While enjoying food with other people of UAE one is supposed to eat with the right hand. The aromic and sugarless coffee forms a very important part of the customs of U.A. E . These reception rooms called majlis . They separate men and women. During the Eid special sitting arrangements are made in the majlis and an age hierarchy is generally maintained. As the majlis comes to an end exasperate burners are brought and rose water is also sprinkled in each guests head.

8. Government of U.A.E The United Arab Emirates (UAE) is a federation of seven independent emirates, each with its own ruler. The federal government is a legitimate republic, headed by a president and council of ministers. HH Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ruler of Abu Dhabi, was elected as the new President of the United Arab Emirates on 3 November 2004, to succeed his father, the late HH Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, UAE President from 1971 to 2004 . All Emirates have secular courts to rule about criminal, civil, and commercial matters, and Islamic courts to review family and religious disputes. The Chief of State is President Khalifa Bin Zayed al-Nuhayyan, and the Supreme Council is made up of the Rulers of each Emirate. Federal Laws are made by the Supreme Council of Rulers. The council's mandate is to accept or reject new laws or suggest amendments. They approve laws presented to the Supreme Council by the Federal Council of Ministers and the National Assembly. Each of the seven Emirates also has its own local government.

9. Economy of U.A.E The United Arab Emirates has a highly industrialized economy that makes the country one of the most developed in the world. Although the United Arab Emirates is becoming less dependent on natural resources as a source of revenue, petroleum and natural gas exports still play an important role in the economy, especially in Abu Dhabi. Oil and gas production has been the stronghold of the economy in the UAE and will remain a major source of revenue long into the future, due to the vast hydrocarbon reserves at the country's disposal. UAE is one of the Middle Eastern countries putting most efforts into developing alternatives to the oil industries. This involves land reclamation, development of industries, refining of oil as well as quite successful work on making some of the ports of the Emirates into trade centers. Land reclamation has made the Emirates self-sufficient of fruits and vegetables. One of the problems of agriculture is the extreme lack of fresh water, but UAE has built up industries of desalination. There is also good fishing outside the coast, bringing in more than 50 inhabitant.

Being one of the largest water parks in the world offering a variety of water games and rides, a souk to take care of your shopping needs, and restaurants and fast-food outlets to satisfy your growing hunger, Dreamland is an ideal family destination . They could also visit Al Ain Zoo and Aquarium. The zoo houses is an extremely large and varied collection of wildlife from all over the world. The zoo is also well known for its display of Arabia's indigenous wildlife which includes the spectacular Arabian Oryx.

Oil revenues have made the per capita income one of the world's highest. The Dubai creek is the most important physical in the U.A.E. Dubai creek is a natural seawater inlet that divides the city of Dubai into two parts - Deira Dubai and Bur Dubai and is the heart of soul of the city. Long established for its ancient sea routes that reached as far as India and the East African coast, the Creek was originally only deep enough to accommodate smaller vessels and goods had to be transferred to traditional Arab sailing dhows at the entrance to the Creek. Recognising the Creek's tactical importance to the region, it was deepened in the 1960s and today purposes as a vibrant port and vital part of the city. A wildlife refuge that's home to over 27,000 birds has been set up at the inland end of the Creek. Reflecting the wealth of one of the fastest growing economies in the world, boutique hotels, golf courses and yachting clubs have sprang up along the Creek's banks and many more . The social welfare is one of the most important aspect in U.A.E. The welfare system offers womb-to-tomb free state services for all nationals, including high-quality health care, education up to the third level, social security, family allowances, subsided electricity and water, and housing for low-income groups. This is a major way of distributing oil wealth among the national population. The settler population also benefits to some extent, mainly in regard to medical care.
