2. Introduction
HB- Associates (Construction Company) is used to build
different designers bungalow for their client, As the trend
changing, mostly people are constructing houses
according to their need. They want a new and good
looking house for their living, which can enhance their
lifestyle, standards, comfort level and their prestige.

3. GOAL OF THE COMPANY
 To be a leader and model corporate
participant in the development of the
construction industry.
 To build, maintain and perpetuate a loyal and
continuing relationship with every customer
through total commitment to quality,
transparent dealings, timely completion, &
thereby enhancing the values for our Clients.

4. OBJECTIVE OF THE PROJECT
 To construct a high-quality, custom home
within 13 months at cost not to exceed
from Rs: 35 Million

5. Problem Statement
• The Construction is well know across the nation for not
completing the project within deadlines
• Which increases over all budget and time.
• certain unknown risks are more costly
• lot of people don’t have the skill to design banglows.
•Lack of time.

 The project will contribute to build stylish
bungalows over the nation & delivering value
to customer. Fully automated keeping in mind
the international standards.
The HB associates Project will be comprise on

 proper functionalities
 environmental friendly.
 Reducing 25% of clients expenses.

7. RATIONALE
 As in Pakistan as a whole, Karachi, Sind
Southern Punjab and the KP/FATA and
Baluchistan regions are experiencing a
major unused land, with the majority
being under-developed
 The industry show that while these land
are very productive when announced for
building bungalows

8. PROJECT DESCRIPTION
 Our project will be initially established in
Karachi and if it will be successful we will
go nationwide the project will comprise on
the following ranges from 1 year to 13
months
