BACKGROUND
Inspired by the transformation that
the educational system is going
through in Abu Dhabi, this comprehen-
sive educational project was estab-
lished in 2013 by ADEK, Estidama and
Dorsch consultant Egypt as a largest
educational project in the Gulf area.
This project consists of seven schools
with sustainable design criteria ac-
cording to the evaluation of Estida-
ma. Each school designed for all edu-
cation cycles (from KG to cycle 3).
The design of each space in all of
these schools was built up to be more
flexible and enjoyable to use.
RESPONSPLITEIES
I started to work in phases of design
development and tender documents. My
duties were including :
- Preparing all set of interior draw-
ing package including master plans of
each floor and enlarged details for
main spaces.
- Specify materials and finishes and
carrying out market research of FF&E
for the project.
- Coordinating with different disci-
plines using Revit as one of BIM man-
agement tools.
- Crafted high-quality physical mod-
els using 3dsmax and Revit.

BACKGROUND
This project designed to be a largest
sports complex center in area of mussafah
in Abudhabi. This center includes swimming
pool , gym for ladies and men , cafes and
restaurants , open area for classes like
yoga and aerobic exercises and court for
several sport matches. The design theme of
the intire building is shades of gray and
cement finish, to male users feels like
they are in rolling of advanture. Also, to
be remarkble and different than any other
building in their area .

ond phase of the project started
as an interior designer and moved
up to senior of interior design-
ers, my tasks were including :
- Dealing with suppliers and con-
tractors coordinating design in
order to manage completion on
site.
- Prepare and supervise construc-
tion packages and follow up the
work progress of team members to
deliver tasks in time.
- Specify materials and finishes
and carrying out market research
of FF&E for the project, and pre-
pare estimated budgets and BOQs.
BACKGROUND
This project was established to
be one of remarkable interna-
tional branches of TREND MIRCO
located in Egypt with an invest-
ment of 10 million dollars. The
first phase of this project was
launched in 2017, and the second
phase will be finished by the
end of 2018. The design approach
focused on creating attractive
spaces that innovate users to
interact with each corner and
makes them feels like they are
in their homes.

This project was executed since 2016.
The concept of design was based on the
rustic style, that reflect the soul of
the old century with a mixture of mod-
ern lifestyle. The furniture items were
selected according to “ LESS IS MORE “
principle.
The atmosphere of the place send for us-
ers a clear message in the form of an
oxymoron: Never - Again, Peace - Force,
Holy - Hell, Public - Secret. The start-
ing point is clear.

- Create long-term relationships with the
clients and be able to deliver outstand-
ing customer service.
BACKGROUND
This project was executed since 2016 lo-
cated in Lakeview compound in Cairo. The
design approach focused on modern luxu-
ry style matching the A-world class. This
villa has more than 500 meter square of
area consist of three floors and fabulous
backyard with swimming pool.
The design aims to achieve a high level
of privacy for users with considering in
flexibility for each space.
